I can tell you from experience that anyone who wants to be a guard who actually tries to help inmates learn to live structurally, and cares about them won’t make it through the probationary period, especially they are found to be a true Christian. The system won’t allow it. It needs completely redone from the top down. The ones who know and can work the system for twisted outcomes are at all of the levers and switches. They are the ones who get promoted all of the way up the line. All others get spit out.
