Notice it doesn't say how many of those deaths in Louisana were self inflicted (accidental or intentional) or were because they attacked someone/something?

Illinois doesn't have the strictest gun laws. There are 9 states with more stringent laws, and back in 2015 they were more stringent, being all the way at their highest #7.
They are slack in buying multiple weapons at once, local juridictions can't make their own laws, they don't register, you can get carry concealed pretty easily there…

The BEST argument I'd seen (and that's pretty weak) is that people committing crimes WITH guns are dealt with harshly… file that under DUH..

Illinois is lame on crime to begin with, so them pretending that being harder on crimes with guns is like a fat guy saying that whenever he eats a pizza with marshmallows, he chews twice as much.

Oh Louisiana is so dangerous… no it's one place New Orleans that is where all the homicides are happening… California, its LA,Oakland, All major cities ran by liberal leadership. Very easy pattern to follow.

I wonder why Hawaii has the lowest. Maybe because people can’t buy guns that easily in a less gun regulated state that easily.

Gun control fails because you can always go to a state with easy gun laws to buy a gun. Imagine if they banned cross state gun purchases. Then let’s revisit the data. But that will never happen because even the NRA knows gun ownership is tied to gun violence. Why do you think they force federal government agencies to stop researching on gun violence.

The church i attend in Tennessee is NOT a gun free zone. The pastor is retired cop and highly believes in the 2nd amendment. And most are where I'm from.

Did they just compare an ENTIRE STATE to two cities?

The gun murder rate in Louisiana has been the highest among US states for the last 28 years in a row. The suprising thing is that even if NewOrleans was excluded, it's rate wouldv'e still been the highest among US states in at least half of those years.

they forgot to say most of those gun deaths were suicides.

Hey uh libtards if you have eyes and see this you may want to look at Venezuela they have the strictest gun laws in the world yet it is also the murder capital of the world strange isn’t it? In a dangerous place you need to protect yourself must guns obtained by organized crime are obtained illegally so there are no records just because a state has strict gun laws doesn’t mean it’s safer. Mexico only have one gun store out of the entire Mexico and you have had to be in the military to get a gun.

I believe guns keeps community, town or cities because if the law binding citizens(literally almost everyone) and if they take all guns away then next thing you know your going to have a 6inch blade in you.

these are the brilliant laws that get law abiding citizens killed. they make it hard for honest people and leave them unarmed to get killed by thugs. we got the three stooges coming up with these great laws

A pile of NRA talk. Obviously more gun control is what we need if we sincerely want to fight gun violence.

The issue when they try to make this point that gun laws work is that they say that it has fewer gun deaths. They never talk about fewer rapes, fewer stabbings, less robberies or gun related issues etc.

Well you're ignoring that the violence is only happening in Big Cities, you also are ignoring that most of these states you say are so Dangerous or sparsely populated outside of the cities. Making them Seem more dangerous and they actually are. If you do just a little bit of research, you'll see that if you exclude cities, most of the most dangerous states are the safest.
So either you guys didn't do a lot of research, or are you just peddling a dangerous narrative, that will just Hurt people.
