Louisiana is open carry, no restrictions, castle doctrine, and "shoot the car-jacker" law (you're vehicle is an extension of your home and you can keep anything you want in your vehicle with no permit and defend your vehicle the same way you would defend your home.

I am from California (regrettably, even though it is not my fault I was born here I suppose) and I get a kick out of everyone I see who doesn’t want more California’s moving to your states. Just want to throw out there, some of us (just a few, mind you) are very conservative and hate California’s politics more than a lot of you guys because we are living it. That’s why I want to leave any ways, so don’t forget that there are a lot of patriotic folks from California who are leaving the state… with that being said however, if only you guys knew how right you were about how ridiculous it is here.

I know the constitution says we can own guns but I don’t think that gives you the right to just because you can, from when I took my concealed carry class many years ago I know that some people don’t know enough about guns to carry, at our class we had a man, his, wife, and son in the class that had a revolver and all of them were taking turns trying to spin it like on tv, they were told to put it down not to touch it until it was time to go to the range

Donnell Howard - posted on June 23, 2019 4:29 am

you can concealed carry in Illinois not open carry I don't want to open carry anyway I don't want people to know what I have

People can say they are breaking your constitutional rights, but
our legal system runs on precedents. And the precedents have already been set
with respect to firearms restrictions. So, one needs to be prepared to

defend and fight for the right to own guns even though it is in the amendments
of the Constitution. The government has been violating the Constitution in many ways for years.
Illegal search and seizure has been one that has been abused for a very long time.
As for a ruling against places like New York and California. Don't hold your breath.

Not saying it is right. Just saying these are the facts at present. As with anything,
you have to be willing to fight and work for it. Nothing government and liberals
like more then a passive and unarmed populace so they can run rough shod over you.

No permit needed here in Ky now

Why does Florida have those gun laws? Because of the Eighties influx of Cuban "refugees" that caused more murder, and violent acts! Kinda like our recent issues on illegal aliens and MS13!! Murder in Floridas murder rate was so bad that a record amount of CCWs were granted due to the added fact that citizens could no longer safely leave there homes at night!!! Viola the " Stand Your Ground" Doctrine was conceived!

The Supreme Court is not the final resolution , Read The Second Amendment

I'm proud to announce my beloved Kentucky is now a Constatation Carry State. I agree that law abiding citizens are guaranteed the right to process any Firearm NO restrictions. This is the only way we the people can truly be free. Thanks for posting, you guys are doing a great job.

The only thing I think he's wrong about Nevada being black because we have more guns than Texas and we're not even a third of the population of Texas we're an open carry state are gun laws are pretty laid-back but California may change Nevada's policies because a lot of California people are moving here

South Dakota no longer requires a permit for concealed carry but issues permits if you want one in order to satisfy the requirements for carry in some other states. South Dakota has always been an open carry state. Anyone may openly carry in SD. The only two places one cannot carry in SD is the court house and a place that gets 50% or more of its income from serving liquor.

Nice video. May be time to consider an updated version since I think several states have made a few changes.

I live in the slave state of Massachusetts 🙁 I know this video is a couple years old. But, New Hampshire now has constitutional carry. NH retained it licensing system for the sole purpose of reciprocity with other states. I live 8 miles from the NH line and can almost smell the freedom.

I live in what is probably the most gun friendly state……as you mentioned in the video and I LOVE IT !! Walk into Home Depot, (used to be Walmart), supermarkets, hobby stores, gas stations, etc., etc. and you see people with firearms on their hips. You see senior citizens with open carry and if people don't think that that isn't a great deterrent for anyone contemplating anything evil against a senior citizen, you're plain old stupid. You see motorcycle riders zipping by with guns on their belts and you see young men and women enjoying each others company at public gun ranges everyday (when it's not 115 degrees). No problems and a would be criminal just doesn't know who may be carrying. Life is good. God Bless America. Or as we like to say "MURICA" !!!!!!!!!!
