So glad to live in Arizona. The weather is great 80% of the time, cost of living is low (my f-150 costs $25 a month to insure). Tons of work if you are willing, and I can go ALMOST anywhere with my Sig P290 in my pocket, no questions asked.

so do all states do background checks for shotgun purchases?

Phillip King - posted on June 12, 2017 10:21 pm

California should be number 1 for least friendly gun states. All new handgun purchases require selecting a model on an approved handgun roster. Plus all the other bs laws. That's why I want to move. I collect firearms and it's not a great place to do so.

slappy0077 - posted on June 25, 2017 3:27 pm

all those bad states are run by the DNC

Frank Rosati - posted on July 3, 2017 2:02 pm

Maryland sucks. It's actually no more than 10 round cap magazines now. And you need a license to purchase pistols and MSR's which costs hundreds of dollars and afterwards you still can't get a CCW unless you're the sole proprietor of a business. Or an ex cop. "Good and substantial" reason can eat a dick.

The RightStuff - posted on July 5, 2017 12:50 am

Video criteria is skewed … too much weight on open carry … pro-gun "culture"? Florida should definitely be in top 10 if not top 5. FL has the strongest castle doctrine law in the country and the long standing Republican legislature is very pro-firearm

AtomicMushroom - posted on July 21, 2017 6:54 pm

Umm Washington DC is not a state. If I'm not mistaken its a federal district right?

Richard A Pico - posted on July 23, 2017 1:09 am

CA = negative 2nd amendment rights, none. i envy AZ. ccw in CA is unheard of and rare, very rare.

Diego Herrera - posted on July 30, 2017 4:27 am

If Arizona is number one in gun friendly. Then I will get my plane tickets and my stuff. So I can move there. Arizona, here I come

Omni Zenn because the statistics you hear are under plenty of factors. 20,000 of the 30,000 gun deaths per year are from suicide, then the remainder of the actual homicides are over 70% gang violence… 80% of homicide victims in these areas (like Chicago etc) are African Americans. Looking overall 3% of gun homicides are from rifles. What about the other 97 fucking percent. I understand gun laws but why are they limiting the lowest percent if their goal is to stop deaths. Its already clear that guns can not be taken out of bad peoples hands with laws, because since when have criminals listened to laws. Gun laws limit the good people, no one else. Heres a more insightful statistic… 1,300,000 peoples lives are saved by guns EVERY YEAR.

Criminals go to the bottom 10 and Canada. Hard working taxpayers stay with the top 10!

this video is old…Arizona now scores 50 since it has no permit concealed carry as of my comment post. remember though, if you are caught with an unregistered firearm, you are in deep shit.

It would be good to have an updated list of these as the laws have changed.
Thanks.

iLLBiLLsRoastBeats - posted on February 26, 2018 4:41 am

I guess being on neither list is good enough lol. The only thing we can’t have in Michigan is pistols with an overall length of over 26”

Unfortunately, videos like these become dated and the information changes.

MAD HAMLET - posted on March 4, 2018 5:40 pm

And that’s why DC HAS the highest crime rate in America, our country capital , so I wonder if it’s safe to say if we had no 2nd amendment that we would live in a different world, like that movie ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK LOL

You forgot Nevada Nevada is probably I would say number to somewhere between number one and number four as one of the most gun friendly statesYou can own 100 round magazines there you could also legally turn your firearms into machine guns with a permit of course I think Nevada needed to be up there

Michael Ferreira - posted on June 30, 2018 3:15 am

In DC's defense it is one big government city so they don't want a bunch of people casually walking around the White House with open carries

Publius Maximus Manlius - posted on October 12, 2018 9:10 pm
