Amen Pastor! The Bible is True, and Factual. And The Bible tells Us, in the Book of 2 Timothy chapter 3 verse 16, Tells Us, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in Righteousness: verse 17, tells Us, That the Man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
Amén to that the bible in our Schools again in Jesús Christ holy name.
The only reason I would say that hearing about “someone’s past” is a very good thing is for testimony sake. That can be a blessing for someone else that can see as well how God is always working in our lives to bring us to the feet of Jesus Christ.
As Christians, we sure aren’t proud of our pasts but we can make it a source for planting seeds in the unbeliever.

I myself have tried carrying a Bible , however my phone is the most I can carry . Please pray for my stroke issues and heart to get healed more so I don’t walk thru church dropping things . I pay fir anyone that cannot carry a Bible or hold one without help. I use my cell phone to follow with because it is lighter and easier to carry in my small purse . I felt I had to comment because you never know someone’s health issue . I would have my notebook too. I even have recorded the things said so I have it to look up later if need be . So I was witnessing to this Iranian guy on LinkedIn and he told me to keep my God in my own house and not in a public forum.
I told him my God is everywhere and I cannot control Him He goes wherever He chooses.
