Happily Ever After (Romans 6:1-11)
In this portion of Scripture, the Apostle Paul uses a teaching style designed to be argumentative. It’s not a personal attack on anyone, but an assault on group think – Paul deliberately delivers a “punch or a jolt” to the one who says they can live in two worlds simultaneously. The Christian’s response to sin should be genuine repentance; God’s grace is not to be taken advantage of or abused.

I live in Greece and the Greeks are Orthodox Believers. Unfortunately Mary, mother of Jesus is above all…for them. she is believed to set you free from your sins. I am a born again Christian a Penticostle. There must be about 15.000 of us here in Greece.
I am also baptised by the Holy Spirit and pray in tongues. Sometimes I can interpret when I am praying in tongues.
Do you believe in praying in different tongues.? I would like to hear anyone's opinion in the comment page.

I asked God to use me. I just barely got through COVID. It was rough. Detoxing and praying. Stayed off the internet. I am grateful for His GLORY. Give Him All Glory. He answered my prayer. I did not want to give up. He Knows
Faith of a mustard seed but sometimes works. We have to pay taxes But we don't work hard pushing buttons. Some have work hard labor. He uses whatever he want to use. Give God Glory. Fighting is hard for some.

Without the front of the book a new believer does not know what sin is. The instructions teach us how to live. Yes Yeshua paid the price, there is nothing we can do but to acknowledge Yeshua’s sacrifice BUT we are responsible to read the word and be obedient.
Rev 14: 12 Here is the [g]patience of the saints; here[h] are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Rev 22:14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Matt5:18 “For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”

Jack i live in Dublin, ga. It's hard to find a church that peaches like you! There isn't any unity or real Godly love for one another?. There is so much clicks. It's all family groupies and you don't fit in. We were going to Calvery chapel in Fort valley and something terrible happened and my husband and I moved away from the church with broken hearts?. We are back in Dublin, ga with our kids and no church to be apart of. We lost our health temporarily for a couple of years and live in our fifthwheel and lived at the church, That's what brought us to CCHeartland. The pastors stepped down because of unrepenting sin and he left the faith. Please pray for us.

So, if baptism is an announcement of your salvation experience, should we as parents be baptized again now that our kids are of the age that we want them to make that decision? I definitely was baptized as an adult in college, but I get so excited watching the baptisms, and it is not really about me, but about sharing my decision to follow Christ, shouldn't I be baptized at every opportunity? That feels a little performance-y…but my kids…I want them to want what God wants…

Here is what I have learned: we are commanded to forgive others, as we expect to be forgiven. Christ died for ALL of my ( and yours) sins. We are told to love God with our whole heart, mind, body and soul. But NOWHERE are we commanded to forgive ourselves. Not that we can or have the authority to even do so. We lay our sins, by confession and repentance, at the foot of the cross, then spend the rest of our lives here, and in eternity, thanking Christ for His loving sacrifice and glorious resurrection. All praise , honor, glory and thanksgiving be to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My sins are covered! And I live in joy anticipating the day when I can bow before Him and thank Him personally. Amen.
