Isaiah 46 – God’s Judgement upon Babylon – How did God used this to teach Israel a lesson?
In this chapter, God teaches Israel a hard lesson on obedience and how not to fall for idol praise. He uses Babylon as a clear example on how not to follow other gods of silver and gold, due to the fact that they do not listen, nor they speak.

“I am God and there is no other God beside me” Israel was falling away from God, but He patiently needed to teach them that there are repercussions if they do not keep His statues and commandments.
