Thank you Mr Slick! That one verse is also taken out of context about judging another's servant by the prosperity gospel! 😖😪

What about the verses you ignore like 1 Timothy 3:15 "If I delay, you will know how to conduct yourself in the household of God, that is, the Church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth." So the bible says the church (note it is singular) is the the pillar and foundation of the truth. No such claim in 2 Timothy 3:16 which says that scripture is inspired and useful but does not say it can be solely relied on nor that scripture is the pillar and foundation of the truth. And of course you are ignoring the fact that Paul is talking about Old Testament scripture here as he can't be talking about the New Testament as it doesn't exist yet.

Excellent job Matt..!

Romans 10:2 ( For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not in accordance with knowledge. 3For not knowing about God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God. 4For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.)

I never knew that the Catholic church believes Mary can hear our prayers?? That's shocking.

This is quite poor, I'm afraid.
The title contends that Protestant distinctives are found in the early church. YET.
You do not point to any of the Apostolic or post-apostolic Fathers or non-christian historical accounts to support your contention.
You could have quoted both scripture AND from other sources I've just mentioned if you are truly confident that the early church did look like Baptists, Assembly of God, Nazarene, Reformed, etc etc.
But you do not.
WE ALREADY KNOW that protestants think their doctrines are scriptural.

We already know about Sola Scriptura and how each of the tens of thousands of protestant denominations with their own "bible based" spin on Christianity have fractured and evolved.
We have already seen the multitude of Protestant attempts to "reconstruct" the early church – just like archaeologists attempting to reconstruct ancient cultures from what little they know.
The title would be more honest if it read "Protestant distinctives are found in scriptures.and why the Catholics are wrong"
With the title as it is, this is no more than clickbait.
