Matthew 16:25
"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it."

Theoretical Physicists tell us that this reality that we are in is just a simulation. That makes real reality on the other side.

I don’t know of any true born again believer who is afraid of actual death. However, I think one is fooling themselves to say they are not fearful of the various processes of death. I have lost my Father, my Mother, and two brothers to the painful agonizing process of death by Cancer, with now a third brother going through Chemo. The doctors say he will survive it. If it is the Lord’s will, time will tell. After the death of my Father, which came first, I asked the Lord to please spare me that kind of death. Selfish of me I know, but I asked him to take me quickly with a heart attack or something similar. Well ~~ I almost got my prayer answered. On November 16, 2018 I had a massive heart attack (the widow maker kind). The whole experience of surviving it is a true miracle of God…..even my Cardiologist agreed. Let me tell you, the heart attack was excruciatingly PAINFUL while it was happening!! But, the Lord kept me here for a reason, of which I believe was to help my brother through his Cancer diagnosis, Chemo & Radiation, surgery, and now his final round of Chemo post-surgery. His diagnosis came 5 months after my heart attack. Anyway ~~~ I am not afraid of actual death, because I know where I’m going, but just like I have no desire to be here to suffer through the 7 year tribulation (I’m pretrib by the way), I still pray the Lord spares me from a long painful death process. Experience from watching people I love die that way has that sort of effect on a person.

Truly i tell you today, you will be with me in paradise. I did research on this subject and the comma was non existent in the original text. Somwe cant be so dogmatic on this. We must use all scriptire to interpret the correct meaning. Other scriptures seem clear

There are no buildings in heaven. Those "places" He went to prepare are our new bodies.

After dealing with my daughters death, I don't fear death at all. As a matter of fact, I look forward to it as I will be reunited with her and more importantly meet the creator and savior!

2 Cor 5: 1-2
For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

There are no "buildings", as we know them, in heaven. There isn't even a temple, WE are His tabernacle. Those places He went to prepare for us are our new bodies!

So our new glorified bodies will be when we were younger and without ailments? Ready to cash this one in….just wondering.
