I think a lot of secular people would have a problem with this passage, in that God is telling us to not question him and just blindly obey… but that's not the situation. We need to think about context. If I had a parent who was trying to convince me to do something I did not understand, I wouldn't angrily reply with "I'm not a sheep, I don't trust you," because I know they care about me and that they're trying to help me. When it comes to God it's the same situation.

Wow! This was a kick in the pants that I needed. I wrote down the verse and taped it to my wall. Your words, "Faith, not feelings", were very much needed and a great source of help. Thank you kindly. God bless and protect you and all your viewers.

Ps 46:10 be still and know I am God! I have to admit I have a hard time reading and enjoying the Psalms like so many others, but this one verse has given me so much hope and blessings I can't even begin to list those things…. He is AMAZING! Stand on this scripture and you too will see the blessings he pores out when you trust him!

Fear God and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man.
