You Have My Attention // Sermon // David Platt

Sometimes it’s simpler to attest God’s benefits at a basic degree than it is to truly rely on that He looks after us as people. Fear as well as anxiousness usually make it tougher to think. In this message from Mark 5: 25–34, David Platt directs us to Jesus’s extremely individual problem for a female that would certainly have been seen by the globe as not worthy of His focus. We’re advised of Christ’s empathy as well as grace towards sinners like us. It’s His conserving poise—- not our very own knowledge or power—- that offers us wish as well as tranquility in every scenario. " cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength. Whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land which is not inhabited."
Jeremiah 17:5-6✝️

Amen. Brother, we are most insufficient in ourselves. Always was, is and will always be. Insufficient in ourselves, we need Jesus!
"Some trust in chariots, some in horses but we will remember the name of the Lord our God."
Psalm 20:7✝️

Thanks David, or better God through you 😁, for this powerful sermon. Praying it will touch many hearts like it touched mine. Be blessed to be a blessing.

Thank you so much, David Pratt. Much needed to hear this sermon. Thank you for sharing with us the truth about God's word during a time like this. We need Jesus right now more than ever. I also want to say, Thank you so much for addressing the Anti-Asian issue. You are the ONLY pastor I've seen that is well known and Caucasian that had spoken about this issue. This is so much to the Asian community. Thank you for seeing everyone as ONE and supporting EVERYONE. I pray God will continue to bless your church. I pray God will continue to use you for His glory.

I’m so grateful for faithful leaders. I used to take them for granted but not anymore. Every time I listen to this man, I feel like I go back 2,000 years listening to a Stephen. Goosebumps.

Timely message. What damage the virus does to the body. But, David's crying and pleading I find disturbing questioning is that theatrical emotional? What is the purpose? Babies are less obnoxious. Can anyone help me with this? I cannot stand his groveling if that is the right adjective.
