Pastor Jack Hibbs answers questions regarding the believer’s confidence in God. Here are the questions:

1. Is our confidence in God supposed to grow as we walk with Him? Is this a marker that we are growing in Christ?

2. How do we have a clear conscience? Is it through the confession of our sins?

3. The message the seeker church sometimes passes on to the unsaved person is that God is a great cosmic genie, and if you stroke Him the right way, you will get what you want. How can we identify a true confidence in God versus a seeker-friendly type of confidence?

  5. True Repentance is Teshuva in Hebrew. Turning Around a Change of direction. I sinned so I Repent I do not want to sin again because Christ paid the price for my sin. Because I Love Him and revere Him I am changing direction I am turning around from thoughts and actions that lead me to sin. Saying I am sorry for my sin is not enough it has to be a change of behavior, and my New Desire is to obey and Honor God by changing my behavior. It is not Will power either, it is Choice and I ask God and the Holy Spirit to help me with change I struggle with..but I must surrender and let go. The Holy Spirit will not take things I am clinging to and won't let go. Awesome Q&A Jack I love these…the questions are great and your answers all Bible Based solid. God Bless!

Regarding the ''confessions'' of sin, I know what you are saying regarding the priest/confessions, that antinomism … but there is in the book of James 5:16 that verse that says''Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective''. Now that is a totally different ''kettle of fish'', for a Catholic who has grown up in Catholicism they may need more explanations on that particular verse don't you think Jack?

  10. Brother Jack please pray for me. I live in extreme poverty in eastern ky. Im disabled. I live in a 2 room house with black mold in no running water. I need you n your church n viewers to pray Jesus will change my life. I know he works miracles! I dont have a church because I have no car. The church I would like to attend is over 2 mile walk. Its too cold to walk. Ive been saved since 1992 praise the Lord! Anyway thank you in advance brother. I wish I could attend your church. You are an awesome preacher/teacher. I love you in Christ brother♥

  17. Amen ? thank u so much for all that u do Pastor Jack. Waiting and watching for the Rapture in Kentucky. King JESUS is Coming at anytime to call us up to meet Him in the clouds and take us to Heaven. Can’t wait to get out of this Wicked World!!! Praying for and trying to reach all of the Lost to get Saved before it is too late. GOD Bless y’all and keep up the good fight of Faith. Satan knows his time is running out and he is working overtime. Please Keep us in your prayers as we are getting attacked so much. We must Endure and keep our eyes on JESUS!!! ???
