Well the bible does say it can be off angelic toung. But if you go by 1 Corinthians it says that some will speak in toungs. Which means not all people who get the holy ghoast are going to speak in toungs.

1corinthains 14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for NO MAN UNDERSTANDH HIM; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

This is a sticky subject. Men have shunned others who do speak in tongues and operate in the gifts of The Holy Spirit. Our knowledge, intellect, standing does not cover a multitude of sins. It's time to grow up and stop attacking one another whilst the real enemy applaudes the stone throwers and people of a different background to themselves. Where there is unity! For the glory of God.

The bible states in order to enter into the kingdom of heaven he needs the evidence of the Holy Ghost and will also need to be baptised in the name of Jesus Christ or the bible says he is of him? so yeh I strongly believe people need the Holy Ghost
