What about poker? Poker is considered a mind sport, like Chess, checkers, eSports and so on. To be better at poker is necessary pratice and study.

Gambling about who does the dishes or about a bottle of coke or who pays the bill in a restaurant would be a venial sin (like pilfering a candy bar), gambling about big sums is a mortal sin, like stealing same amount by fraud.
