Forget all such speculations for if Christ rose from the dead and He claims that He will come to dwell with us now, then that above all else should be a reality that we can not now deny and all unbelief is pushed aside. Christ has not left His existence to be left to another's testimony.
When did you actually prove a woman conceived without male involvement? Oh you didn't. So there's a reason.
There are ZERO extra-Biblical CONTEMPORARY-TO-JESUS (or even close to contemporary) eyewitness accounts by ANY first hand witness. Period.
