P&T were not fooled by this trick. They just liked her a lot and wanted to reward her.

Probably she uses 2 binary codes. One for face-up/face-down, and one for desirable/undesirable.
The codes could either be magnetic or touch-related.

That being said, the speed at which she sorted everything out was amazing. O_O

I think that 5 cards is just slightly bigger in size from the rest of the deck, either its top or sides. During her ordeal in the black bag, she just find it while putting all the cards together

Well, that was a unique force.

I'm led to believe she put a second deck (with the desired set up) into the bag the moment she wiggled the bag around as she "shuffled" it.

I watched it again and notice in 3:59 she bent one of the cards, I wonder if that's part of the trick. I see that Teller noticed it too, I assume it's meant to distract him.

What a charming person. I really enjoyed her performance. It's nice to see how much it meant to her too.

I assume the trick is some sort of card beveling-type technique where you can feel for a certain correct direction and assemble the deck based on this feel. But I have no idea of how the specifics of that would work. She seems to do a lot of overhand shuffles while in the bag. I don't understand what that'd be doing.

It would had been more impressive if there wasn’t a card force involved. Those exact cards had to have been marked by feel. By either wax edges, or oiled or trimmed corners. Now if Penn chose from the deck which cards for her to turn around and she did it, that would have been awesome. The give away was when Penn got too rough with the cards as he mixed them in the bag, she showed a worried expression and commented about his roughness, as some of the cards came out of the bag. I think she was worried that he modified the cards, rendering for her failure to accomplish her trick. I’m in no way implying that I’m better than Penn & Teller. I’ve have a couple advantages over them. 1. I’ve watched this trick 100 times, while they watched it once and their decisions was quick and spontaneous. 2. The trick was done right under their noses, and they could see the cards. They might have seen the cards, but didn’t inspect the cards.
