DEBATE: Hank Hanegraaff vs. Dr. Mark Hitchcock – Preterism vs. Futurism {Part 2}

Dr Mark Hitchcock as well asMr Hank Hanegraaff dispute the day of the Book ofRevelation The dispute occurred on December 10, 2007 at the yearly Pre-Trib Study Group conference in Dallas, TX.Dr Hichcock will certainly say for the ADVERTISEMENT 95 day.Mr Hanegraaff will certainly say for the ADVERTISEMENT 65 day. While the ADVERTISEMENT 95 day does not affect the futurist expository technique ofDr Hitchcock’s sight,Mr Hanegraaff preterist sight needs an ADVERTISEMENT 65 day or his sight of Revelation is made difficult. The dispute last for 3 hrs as well as 20 mins. An unique many thanks to John Ankerberg as well as his movie team for shooting the occasion.

Hitchcock should have pointed out that in 95 AD to tell them about the divinity of Christ by using the destroyed Temple would have been the ultimate preaching to the choir. They had lived it. They did not doubt the apologetic nature of the event. It would not have been an encouragement to them since their persecution persisted. Therefore the silence on the Temple’s destruction is not persuasive as to the timing of the book.

Hanegraaff has completely gone off the rails. I'm amazed anyone listens to him anymore.
