Studies with Stearman: The Christian’s Identity

1 John chapter 3 focuses on the identity of the Christian, as John encourages Jesus’ followers to practice living as Jesus did when He walked the earth. God’s children are known for the love they display towards others. There is an ages-long battle between good and evil going on around us, and John reminds us that the battle we fight is ultimately won through the love God shows us, and the love we demonstrate towards others by God’s grace.
