There are four basic concerns that challenge each of us: Who am I? Where did I come from? Why am I here? And where am I going when I die? Your eternal destiny will be determined by your “world view” in addressing these concerns. And there are actually only 2 world views: either everything– including you- is the outcome of some kind of cosmic accident, or this is all the outcome of an intentional style by a Designer. This issue might not be more basic.
