This world has been organised in such a way that if we arent consciously striving towards him, we will be pulled away. Imagine one of those travelators at the airport, with Jesus standing on the end..the opposite way thats its moving. Thats how it feels for me. So after each week of work, I drag myself back towards him, tooth and nail..

I know that I've probably been blocked and that none of my comments will be seen here. That is the way of the world and the way of many Ministries these days.
However what Jack Hibbs said about Communion, starting at 56:00 is extremely offensive. It was not a "people made that up" thing, that Christians believed that the bread and wine became more than just the elements. It was Christ who said "This is My Body" and "This is My Blood". When Paul spoke of Communion it was self evident that he considered it to be the same. He said that if you recieve the Bread and Wine in an unworthy manner then you could bring death upon yourself, and that you are guilty of the Body and the Blood of Christ.
What is a "people made up" thing is the denial that Christ is somehow contained in the elements of the Bread and Wine. Pastors use the words "symbolic" and "representative" that is NOT in the Scriptures.
Modern Pastors deny the Scriptures concerning communion, because they want nothing similar to Roman Catholicism.

Jack. I know you try but when you are trying to get thru people whom been abused ect. You need something different to get thru the mental evil lies within someone especially if they are on the edge. Ask the Lord to lead you to help open those hearts. It doesn't do the same to save as just the blind. Abusive lives/ minds need to be preached differently. God's word just explained in ways an abusive broken person can come thru differently and yes lose us/ those and it doesn't allow us to go thru abuse in every way without a purpose to save others. If you have abused people who gave overcome in all ways/ different experiences. Please speak on that or allow them to so so. Sexual, mental emotional and some of us all. It's incredibly hard to feel there's a Father whom loves you. It can make a bitter heart. Iived it I know and I feel you could help if you know people who have struggled with horrific acts from a sinful human or humans that have lost there soul. The Devil will try to drag these good people to eternal hell fire but maybe you can break thru in different approach thru the lord but biblically.
It would be such a blessing if jack would also read the scripture with his congestion so for those like me listen to him as we listen to his sermon
I do have struggle with a habitual sin and it does murder my faith.
I long to to be free of it, part of it is I spend too much of my time alone, I'm disabled and my wife lives in another state,my church is very small and the larger church is almost an hour away, I don't go out in the evenings.

I believe in God on Faith He exists. Those who say no one can PROVE it I say, PROVE with EVIDENCE in your hand that you love your mother wife father children whom ever. Show EVIDENCE.
