Hans von Spakovsky joined The Tipping Point on One America News to shoot down claims from the Left that the Republican National Committee and the Trump Administration breached the Hatch Act throughout the GOP Convention.
Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a big variety of problems– including civil liberties, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the standard of law and federal government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As supervisor of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky similarly research studies and reviews project finance constraints, resident frauds and individual ID, enforcement of federal tally rights laws, administration of elections and tally devices requirements.
