The Supreme Court Just Rewrote Our Civil Rights Laws
The Supreme Court recently ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which amongst other things prohibits work discrimination on the basis of sex, extends the meaning of sex to include discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and transgender status. The Supreme Court got it incorrect.
