The Supreme Court Just Rewrote Our Civil Rights Laws
The Supreme Court just recently ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which amongst other things prohibits work discrimination on the basis of sex, extends the meaning of sex to consist of discrimination on the basis of sexual preference and transgender status. The Supreme Court got it inaccurate.
