I’m reading numbers now and God was over them constantly questioning lol but seriously I thought I was boring at first but it’s not.

Gd does not honour peoples choices in the way its presented here. The Gd of the Old Testament states words to the effect of ' if you disobey me woe betide you for all manner of callamities will befall you' and this is comes acroos in a vindictive threatening manner givng the lord the presence of a volatile psychopathic despot not as a caring compassionate font of wisdom centred on humanities welfare.

Why did you not talk about the part were they went to fight several people, like the Midianites, where they killed everyone, even innocent women and children and where they kept the young virgin girls from themselves?
Isnt that important too to the story, or doesn‘t that fit into the Christian narrative? Well, Christians and the Bible, not the best combo…

I thought mount sinai is in saudi arabia???
Some call it by the name of Jabal Maqla
And it seems way more believable as mount sinai.
Not just by saying, but by apperance.
The top is black from fire, while there is no vulcanic activity in the region.
There is a altar to sacrifice, the twelf standing stones are there,
the cave from Elijah is there, the place is decorated with calves (the idol they made…).
And there are many more evidences of this beeïng the actual mount sinaï.
That's why i don't agree with the map presented here…
