Judge Napolitano Predicts U.S. Will Break Up into Pieces
The Supreme Court’s ruling in the Dobbs case overturning Roe v. Wade “unleashed devils” in American society, as now it is up to the will of the bulk whether an infant has a right to life, cautioned prominent legal expert Judge Andrew Napolitano in this interview on Conversations That Matter with The New American magazine’s Alex Newman.
Conservatives on the high court may not have had sufficient votes to specify a child as an individual entitled to the God-given right to life and the security under the laws, as needed in the 14th Amendment, however that is what they must have done. Subjecting the right to life to the whim of states is incorrect, he stated.
In reality, in the Roe ruling, justices explicitly stated that if the child in the womb remained in reality a person, there could be no abortion. “The Pandora’s Box has been opened,” he stated, cautioning that California and New Jersey were taking on each other to see who can be more extreme on abortion which this ruling is in “some ways even worse” than Roe.
The judge stated eventually fixing this will require a sea-change in how individuals think.
Ultimately, Judge Napolitano predicted that the federal government will implode and America will split into numerous independent separate regions, with some having more liberty than others.
