The best way to understand the bible is by reading it.
I did notice that you mentioned Pheobe as she was recognized but it doesn't say in the bible she read the letters.
Romans 16:1-2 NKJV — I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a servant of the church in Cenchrea, that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and assist her in whatever business she has need of you; for indeed she has been a helper of many and of myself also.
Another great video, but still pushing a narrative that isn't in Scripture.
Sabbath and kosher food laws aren't addressed in this book. The only mention of days and eating is referring to fasting.
Even in other books we see that when Paul is accused of removing Torah commands, it's shown to be a false accusation or a misunderstanding and he himself keeps them all (for sanctification, not justification).
For slightly attention deficit people this method of summary is excellent. Only one friendly suggestion. Maybe try to slow down the narration just a tad. The Holy Scripture is highly complex, at least much of it, and a slightly slower presentation would allow easier absorption. May God continue to guide and bless you. This is a beautiful gift 🙏💝
