God was also testing Adam and Eve's self government. They both failed. Now God has ordained government to help us out. For example, Like how God told Noah how He wanted the government to punish murderers shortly after he got off of the Ark. Noah wasn't even a king but, was a citizen who was put in charge of the government. Just like how the United States of America's Constitution is setup. We, the People, are the Boss and the government is our employees.

Let's please clarify that the desire for sex is not sin/bad. The first speaker mistakenly says the the desire for sex is bad in the first minute of the video.
It's unlawful sex–fornication, adultery, etc, that's bad. If there was no desire for sex, no one would be born. It's important to make this distinction.
Sex is good, it was created by God BEFORE the fall, for Adam and Eve to enjoy and for procreation.
I know the world/Satan has destroyed the goodness of sex, which i think is intentional. Marriage (and sex, since that is a big part of marriage) is a picture of Christ and the church.
