One of my favorite stories is the garden story. God lies, the serpent tells the truth, god punished everyone for listening to the truth. Most people don’t get it.
I like this. This is unbiased, non-political and just genuinely informative. I’m Buddhist personally so I like to think these stories are a representation of the beauty of life itself and the suffering caused by evil but the beauty of love and kindness prevailing. Sp not literal, historical facts -(at least partially, minus the supernatural) but a representation of emotions and an answer to the most difficult scientific questions. I could be wrong, I could be right, maybe partially correct. We will all find out when we die. So I say to embrace the intended meaning of kindness rather than literal meaning to defend evil in god’s name. Whether exists literally or not, he deserves respect.
