Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a substantial selection of issues– including civil liberties, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the requirement of law and federal government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also research studies and discusses project funding constraints, person scams and person ID, enforcement of federal tally rights laws, administration of elections and tally devices standards.
