Contrary to the claims of many on the left, voter fraud is a very real problem. When someone commits voter fraud, the process is no longer fair, everyone’s vote gets diluted, and in some cases, election results are changed.

The Heritage Foundation’s Hans von Spakovsky explains that in the freest nation in the world, our system of government and our very liberty depend on free and fair elections. Whether they’re selecting a mayor or the president of the United States, every American must be able to trust the process, or the democratic system itself breaks down.

Sept 8, 2023: Here in CA, a bill to prohibit paper ballots is just about on the Governor's desk (and this is after there was much celebrating that Shasta County had despensed with their voying machines this year!)–OH, it will be passed with an "Urgency Clause" which means that it will go into effect immedialtely>>>>what now????

  3. Mail in ballots and computers make it easier to cheat, an increasing threat to democracy. Why do people continue to trust the spin? Do an expose showing examples of the lack of ethics (and breaking the law) in politics throughout our history. Teach people corruption exists and has existed in each decade.   6. The biggest voter fraud in America is called "Gerrymandering" and is very real. The rest is insignificant, even if cases count "in the hundreds". Where is the Heritage Foundation? Nowhere to be seen… Because it is being perpetrated by it's own people.

  7. Unfortunately, the left is winning. Since this video was made, felons are now allowed to vote in some states. Like my state of Florida. Free and fair elections are now deemed racist, and Democrats are pushing for candidates to be allowed to buy and harvest votes. Mail-in ballots have become the new standard because of COVID, and has led to increased voter fraud that has been reported by the mainstream media as "The Big Lie". Although some media sources claim that the instances of voter fraud wouldn't have changed the outcome of the 2020 election. Citizens who demanded stronger voter integrity were labeled as "racists" and "white supremacists". We are gradually losing our republic and gaining more socialist policies. Anyone who demonstrates any patriotism is cancelled. Now, we are facing another economic downturn under the Democrat President Biden just like we did when he was Vice President under President Obama; only far worse. Will conservatives be more proactive to protect polling stations during the 2024 election? Time will tell. In the meantime, California has been kicking around the idea of allowing illegal immigrants to vote.

    Hello. Where are all the tallied possible fake or illegal 2020 general election votes? Do you notice anyone reporting them like coronavirus numbers? All in one place? Wouldn't we think that would be getting done and shared to the public by the whistle blowers and/or news agencies, or organizations like yours?

    If it's not being done, why not?

    We need to vote on blockchain.
    No way to cheat then by either party.
    So whichever party freaks out and screams no way in hell are we doing blockchain voting is the party that cheats.

  12. The first wave of voter suppression laws that targeted Blacks in the South during the late 19th and early 20th century also hurt poor White voters and the Southern economy.

    The South become an economic backwater where child labor flourished, workers were exploited and state governments did little to invest in social services and public schools for ordinary people. Such measures as poll taxes and literacy tests also prevented poor Whites from voting.

    The civil rights movement that swept away the apartheid system in the South also helped White people. The fall of Jim Crow lifted the economy of the entire South. It raised the standard of living for White people as new Southern leaders abandoned racial demagoguery to invest more in social services, education and public works that benefitted everyone, Whites included.

  14. out of the 1,333 fraud cases in this DB I could only ID 22 fraud cases are from 2020. the highest year of fraud was 2016 with 155 cases. So this DB proves voter fraud in 2020 was insignificant… contrary to the words spoken.
    I'd hate to go under the knife for cancer surgery with no evidence I had cancer. Likewise, enacting fixes to our voting process with little to no evidence of a problem is stupid.

  18. What this video fails to address it that more restrictive voting laws reduce legitimate voter participation. I'd be willing to lose 10 voters to stop one fraudulent vote. But not a thousand, or 10,000. We need to be honest about the tradeoff.

  19. The best way to rig an election is to make it harder for your opponents to vote, throw their votes out on a technicality, or consolidate power through redistricting, because all of these methods are legal.
    In response to the 2020 elections, we're already seeing a number of voter suppression tactics take shape.

    For example, one part of legislation that should raise eyebrows is Georgia Republicans' attempt to halt early voting on Sundays. It doesn't make any sense from an election security standpoint – voter fraud doesn't happen any more frequently on Sundays. But when you learn that Black churches often do "souls to the polls" drives to get people to vote, the Republican strategy makes a lot more sense.

    Even more suspiciously, the Georgia Republican camp has been entirely silent on why they included the Sunday measure in their "election security" bill. You'd think they'd try to offer some kind of explanation; while their parents certainly could say "we just don't want Black people to vote," that sentiment is no longer acceptable.

  20. You really have to wonder – does the Heritage foundation care more about voter fraud, or do they care about winning elections? It's worth considering that their platform may have diminishing popularity. If, let's say, they knew that they would lose if everyone legally voted, what do you think their strategy would be? Maybe undermine faith in elections? Maybe make it harder to vote? Maybe try to suppress votes from left-leaning populations?

  23. What a bunch of b.s….this is disingenuous on so many levels. 100s of people convicted of voter fraud in recent years? Over how many years? Clearly this would not have changed any presidential or congressional election. How do you know that voter fraud goes undetected? This is an unverified assertion. If it is undetected, then you can't know whether it is taking place or not. He claims that "many on the left" are trying to make voter fraud easier by fighting laws that require a voter ID, and then asserts that this is to allow non-citizens and "jailed" felons to vote. That is certainly not the position of the Democratic Party… I have never heard a Democrat or mainstream liberal argue that non-citizens or jailed felons should be able to vote. However, the National Commission on Federal Election Reform, which he mentions, recommends "increased voter registration efforts by the states, including an effort to allow ex-felons meeting certain conditions to vote." I wouldn't oppose his proposal for universal photo IDs, as long as they implement the Commission's recommendation that they establish "more offices to all non-drivers to more easily register and acquire photo IDs." The issue of purging voter rolls based on duplicate names in multiple states is deeply troubling. Unless you can verify, through Social Security numbers, that the two people are the same, and determine in which state the person is most recently registered, you could be denying the right to vote to hundreds of thousands of people for the simple reason that they have the same name as another person in their state or a neighboring state.

  24. The disgraced Mike Pence should be removed as your cover photo immediately. He did not stand up for election integrity in the 2020 election, and thus was complicit in installing an illegitimate president by the name of Joe "quid pro quo" Biden.

  35. 1,250 some odd convictions of voter fraud over the last TWENTY PLUS YEARS! That's amazing. That works out to just about one-thousandth of one-percent of the number of people who voted in this most recent election. Literally, if you took ALL of those cases, put them into a single state – ANY STATE – and made all of their votes disappear from one side (which isn't how fraud works), you would still not change the outcome of an election in that state.
    Voter fraud is something to combat, but thinking that only 'the other side' does it, is just a blatant lie.
    I vote in a state which requires ID, and nobody is disputing that Trump lost in this state.

Read the Heritage Foundation fraud database – 1298 proven cases of voter fraud going back almost THIRTY YEARS, and the majority of them were cases of individuals trying to vote twice; in the Nov 3 election alone almost 140,000,000 votes have been cast, so the very idea that fraud is a "very real problem" is a FUCKING LIE. Donald Trump declaring he won't leave office not matter what the result is the real fraud, an actual crime, and the Heritage Foundation is perfectly happy with that.

  42. When, you add up the totals from states that blatantly allow illegals to vote and now some have gone so far as to allow illegals to hold public office, the agenda of Democrats is clear. Dilute the voter rolls to gain illegal outcomes.

  45. This is absolutely nonsense. The Republicans are the only ones that have actually been accused of voter fraud recently and it was very much real. And had nothing to do with mail and voting whatsoever. Mail in voting does not create fraud and it has been being used since before Trump or Obama were even president. The reason why all banking institutions use mail in order to send letters because of the fact that it's secure. unless you're claiming that the reason why banks do this is because they want something that's insecure. Let's stop lying to ourselves a bunch of idiots. it's only detrimental to Trump because people will be able to place their vote and the only people who are crazy enough to go out right now without a single worry about a pandemic are his supporters. Yes the ones dumb enough to not wear a mask in a pandemic.
