How does one get in touch with Mr. McDowell…if they have a concern about one of his staff and what their response was to the vulnerable and trusting of society that contacted with questions. Also how does one get MR. McDowell himself and NOT an email answerer?
In my personal opinion all religious people are…. ignorant, dishonest, hypocritical, and repulsive.
Perhaps because the statement "Xtians are educated people" is general and far too inclusive where the vast, VAST majority of xtians aren't well educated, and unsurprisingly on the wrong side of the intellectual Bell Curve.

Education has nothing to do with you having an analytical mind capable of deductive reasoning. Education may provide you the tools, but your ability to use the tools is a whole different thing. So, Christians may be educated, but definitely delusional, and voud of deductive reasoning, and they definitely don't understand the fundamentals (not in-depth, but just fundamentals) of physics, chemistry, and biology!
Not ticking that box isnt weird, I wouldnt have. When I say that a person is educated, I mean that the person is more educated than averege.
I also wouldnt check a box that said that christians are uneducated for the same reason.

im an atheist. I simply don't believe the claims of theists. I never really bought into religion but I don't think you can put theists in a box and say they're this or that. humans are irrational creatures and can compartmentalize and hold conflicting views. we all do it. so I think its a mistake to characterize people by what they believe. I judge people by their actions.

Just in my Sunday classroom alone has a 3 engineer, some of them are teachers and many are educated.
Yeah here in the U.S. it seems the norm that Christians aren’t very educated about science or archaeology that conflicts with their views.
No one marked it because the statement was framed poorly. It should have been, “there are educated christians”.
Imagine if one of them said, “Christians are Americans” or “Christians are over 6 feet tall”. It does not make sense to mark that.
