  8. I don't need to delete TikTok, because I've never had that app and knew better than to ever download it and use it and I'm certain I'm not the only one like that. It's the lack of parenting that is the big problem here, apps like TikTok would be useless to the Chinese CCP if parents were busy being parents instead of trying to be their child's best friend. Instead of putting a screen in their kids hands they should give them a bike, take them to the park or play catch with a ball and glove but they won't do that because this generation of parents is dumb. It's no wonder this upcoming generation is going to be the first that will have a lower IQ and be by far less intelligent that previous generations.

Quality or not, made in America or not, I will never pay $80 for a cotton sweatshirt, even if I was rich. I made $20k last year and if I made $500k I would not pay those prices

  17. Sorry, but the state is not the parent, nor do they realy care what's best for your children, and, people in bad situations can and do florish, anyone know the Dr. Ben Carson story? Just imagine how he would've turned out had the state been in charge of his education, because parents don't know what they are doing. BTW, never got on ticktok, the adds alone were enough to detur me and tell me the stupidity being pushed.

  22. Tik tok is not good. The tik tok bill is a trojan horse for the US on our people. Read the bill. Think about the Reduce inflation bill. What is it? It has nothing to do with reducing, but the opposite.

    One item of the bill says if someone uses a personal VPN, They will go to jail and pay a million dollar fine. We have been told that the US is using China as a pattern. Tik tok is the least of our worries. Think of Big Brother and 1984. The bill will allow the people in charge of the US to peer into citizen's electronics, such as IP cameras, doorbells, smartphones, etc…

  28. Ps.. a tool thats spying on you, is only dangerous when you don't know its spying on you. When you know, you can make the one spying believe whatever you want. Put whatever front on you wish. Make them believe all sorts of things, real or not.

    Also, Im pretty sure facebook and google are spying far worse than tictoc ever could with all the eyes on them. And no ones talking about that. I don't trust our government or those corperations, anymore than theirs!

    So im not going to permanently shut down one source of information, even if theres a lot of misinformation in it, if theres still some value to be obtained by monitoring it.

    I don't use Facebook much anymore, but I don't delete it permanently, or google; because its a source of information that, while not a lot; still has some useful things to know that come out of them, from time to time. And if I pay attention when something real comes along, I'll learn things I might otherwise have missed.

    Your suppose to be a journalist as well as a commentator. What kind of journalist shuts out a source of information, that has even occasionally come out with accurate information? Especially when they can independently verify it by other means. Even if it's information they don't particularly want to hear.

    None worth their salt. Sounds like your allowing your fear, and legitimate hatred of communism, to manipulate your passions into making rash actions without looking at it objectively.

    Such is a mistake. Freedom comes with responsibility.

  31. Tik Tok is nothing compared to Meta from FB, but no one ever speaks of it. I get more news from TT than I ever will on T.V. Congress is so obsolete they barely know the right questions to ask.
