Greg and Amy answer the question, “How would you use the topic of natural rights to discuss the existence of God with someone who believes good and evil (and natural rights) exist but does not believe they have divine origins?”

Mr. Koukl stumbles at the first hurdle. By defining rights as either given by a "human governing authority" or by a "divine governing authority", he introduces a false dichotomy that any moderately competent opponent would immediately exploit.
He also lays the foundation for making the rest of his argument circular when he claims other people get "confused". The confusion is caused by his needlessly restrictive and fallacious definition that centers on the authority supposedly "giving" rights.
no such thing as "natural rights". That is an invention by humans, just like morals are. It's theists who try to pretend some god agrees with their opinions, and surprise, all theists do this and unsurprisingly, their god seems to give them all different answers, just as if they were making it up.
I am not in agreement with your argument as I follow laws because God tells me to. I follow God because he is the source of love and commands me to love.
Thank you
