The GOP Did Not Violate The Hatch Act: Hans von Spakovsky

Hans von Spakovsky signed up with The Tipping Point on One America News to shoot down claims from the Left that the Republican National Committee and the Trump Administration violated the Hatch Act throughout the GOP Convention.

Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a wide range of problems– including civil rights, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the guideline of law and government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky likewise research studies and discusses campaign finance limitations, citizen scams and citizen ID, enforcement of federal ballot rights laws, administration of elections and ballot equipment standards.
