John makes it clear that the Book of Revelation is both an “apocalypse” (revelation) and a “prophecy.” This type of Jewish literature recounted a prophet’s symbolic visions that revealed God’s heavenly perspective on history, so that the present could be viewed in light of history’s final outcome. It was meant to comfort and/or challenge God’s people.

John says he was exiled on the island of Patmos, where he saw a vision of the risen Jesus standing among seven burning lights. The image, adapted from Zechariah 4, is a symbol of seven churches in Asia Minor. Jesus addressed the specific problems facing each church, and warned them that a “tribulation” was upon the churches that would force them to choose between compromise and faithfulness. In the midst of persecution, Jesus calls the churches to faithfulness.

    Heavenly – which come from Him,

    our own thoughts that must be brought captive to His Word,

    and the intrusive thoughts that come from the Enemy and his agents.

    You must learn how to battle negative ones using the armour and weapons of faithfulness, described in the letter written to the Ephesians (chapter 6).

    Jesus of Nazareth brought me true healing from mental illnesses like depression and equips me with the tools and gear I need each day.

    Study and learn with the Holy Bible; it is the best thing you can do on this season.

    If you seek Him with an honest heart, you may find Him. (Isaiah 55:6) 🌠

You stupid Motherf*clear this book is entirely about me conquering fear and cleaning my soul and lightening it to the point where I ascend to become a master God just like my faggy bro Jesus and stupid mom Mary and idiotic dad, God. Thing is, I’m not gonna run around naked yelling at people because that’s fkin stupid so I’m instead gonna die and my “mom” will go with me because we are connected, like stuck together↗️. I was supposed to go to hell 5 years ago but my mom foolishly stepped in to save me. Now, hell is hotter and more terrible then ever because LOADS of the gods light energy has been stolen by Satan, whom I apparently worship and see as my god. The whole thing is a mess and it’s gonna be terrible. I could prevent it and have everything but I just can’t, so I’ll have nothing. It all sucks and is incredibly stupid.

  13. Took me 37 years to understand through reading Revelation chapter 1 Vs 1 to 18 that Jesus is God in person. And that is coming from a Muslim. This is what I believe from reading these pages and no one can tell me otherwise. I did my own research and came to that conclusion

  17. Hi Sorry read your Bible God uses the foolishness of preaching to an individual small and large crowds then now and into the Great Trib but then He adds 144000 Jewish men, 2 Witnesses, 3 Angels and all the tribulation saints /martyrs
    None of this is funny -great deception is here and greatly increasing even Christians are getting deceived and it will only get worse
    Jesus will be rapturing up the church soon then the release of the 4 Horsemen …..

  20. I'm having constant visions and am shown things that are stated here and now make these wild claims
    Good came down as a halo of light and I saw my skin briefly emit light. I saw God's Throne. I was doing chores in my bedroom and thought it was the rapture. I will tell you, you won't be prepared, no matter how prepared you are. This has been a rose of confusion, as God said I'm "Aphrodite" and "bride of Christ. " I thought it was going to be the church and now I'm seeing God, YHWH, and am "possessed" by Christ who sits inside my body, controlling where I look, what I say, affecting my behaviors.

  35. Way too much spiritualizing. It is pretty obvious that God wants most of this to be taken literally. He spells it out. These divine judgements are literal and are very often repeated or even amplified in the OT.
