Hillsdale College is an independent institution of higher learning founded in 1844 by men and women “grateful to God for the inestimable blessings” resulting from civil and religious liberty and “believing that the diffusion of learning is essential to the perpetuity of these blessings.” It pursues the stated object of the founders: “to furnish all persons who wish, irrespective of nation, color, or sex, a literary, scientific, [and] theological education” outstanding among American colleges “and to combine with this such moral and social instruction as will best develop the minds and improve the hearts of its pupils.” As a nonsectarian Christian institution, Hillsdale College maintains “by precept and example” the immemorial teachings and practices of the Christian faith.

By training the young in the liberal arts, Hillsdale College prepares students to become leaders worthy of that legacy. By encouraging the scholarship of its faculty, it contributes to the preservation of that legacy for future generations. By publicly defending that legacy, it enlists the aid of other friends of free civilization and thus secures the conditions of its own survival and independence.

  1. 30:15 I can say Purdue University has "Purdue Global", which is essentially an online class system, paid by foreign students in order to keep tuition low for Indiana-resident students. Purdue hasn't raised tuition on in-state students in 10 years. DePaul University, by contrast, has inundated its Kellstadt graduate school of business with hordes of Chinese graduate students. Kellstadt used to be ranked in the top-10 of part-time MBA's. It's now unranked.

  2. I really enjoyed this video, don't agree with everything, but sadly one can't get this point if view in the mainstream media, it's blatant censorship.
    The US helped China get to where it is today economically through NAFTA and similar agreements.

    There was a mention of China's ideology being technology and science driven, this is technocracy, pease interview Patrick Wood for this, he's the expert. He worked with prof Antony Sutton who you should know, if you don't, his work will open up a very important perspective to better understand what's going on

  7. I'm just viewing this today. It seems to me the media LOVES this virus and China. They're all in China's pocket. Call me crazy, but this seems almost too convenient. The left couldn't find anything in the Russia, Russia, Russia non-scandal. Struck out in the impeachment. This is like China and the American left nuclear option to try and beat Trump. Fraudulent mail in ballots like they have in California. I hope everyone has their eyes wide open watching everything that the left tries to pull out if it's arsh to beat the President. China has a big interest in toppling President Trump and inserting Corrupt Joe. China knows Joe's corrupt. He owes them a Billion and a half in favors.

  10. Thanks guys, extremely clear and informative. Great admiration and appreciation for Sen. Cotton. The younger politicians (statesmen – male and female) of his courage, integrity, and command of the issues – give me great hope.
    Question: I agree with the number one Threat being China – How close a second – is the World Wide spread of Islam now in fully obvious and underway across Europe and Africa – not to mention right here in USA, AU and NZ? Again, how close a second place threat?

  11. Back in 1983 I finally got admitted to the impacted engineering program at my state university after waiting an extra year. There were many foreign students in the impacted program. Even then there were Chinese students and they paid $8 for a Chinese language version of my $40 English language textbook. I think it was the fact that foreign students pay full tuition that gave them priority. The university would probably argue the foreign students had higher grades at entry but during my life working in the us I paid the state taxes that kept the university open.

    SO UNLESS CHINESE STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE UNIVERSITIES.
    IT IS INEVITABLE THAT WE WILL FIND OURSELVES UNDER COMMUNIST CHINESE RULE.
