BTW, the fact Americans respond to #Socialism, is bc Republicans have denounced European social democracies like the #5Nordics, the Netherlands and Germany as "socialist" countries, confusing and dennouncing #welfare states with paid medical + family leave, 5 weeks vacation and M4A++ with big brother #Socialism!

For one thing, even the Soviet Union did not pursue Communism, why all their states/republics had an S for #Socialism in their name, as in SSSR, in Russian: CCCP.
Socialism however was supposed to enhance economic cooperation and hence prosperity.
It failed bc Stalin was a tyrant and put anyone in gulags + joined the arms race; bc Russia was cut off from Western knowledge and technologies and bc they did not acknowledge the basics of economics: Free markets are driven by wages, in turn driven by technologies and competition, did not even allow for small private businesses to exist, the key to US capitalism of 250 years! 🤣

Even though the Soviet Union collapsed 30 years ago, but evil Communism is still gaining traction, especially in western countries where the communist revolution is desired by many young people. We must educate the public effectively so we can stop it before it is too late.
Study Identity Marxism. It is the latest mutation of this extremely evil religion which threatens to destroy Western Civilization today. Marxism, wokeism, “social Justice” BLM, Statism, Socialism, Communism, Progressivism, there are many names for the same evil religion.

There has NEVER BEEN an economic or political known as Socialism. The socialism that Marx was discussing deals with the social structure of societies. In essence, Marx was discussing the change of a the social structure of a nation. This is evident because in order for Communism to flourish the social structure must be changed. This reality is intentionally never discussed because of the fragile social structure in which Occidental nations are structured. Heck Chattel Slavery and Jim Crow forced Segregation were systems of economic redistribution.
