Congress should raise the cap on H-1B immigrants for these four reasons.
1) H-1B immigrants are highly skilled.
2) Businesses are in need of talent.
3) Create new jobs for Americans.
4) Provide more tax revenue for government.

they come with a masters and work for 20k a year
I bet if we did that with doctors we'd have lower medical costs, there's actually a quota on immigrant doctors. We should of course also invest in training and educating our own American workforce so there's less of a need to import labor.
