COVID Lockdowns: The Real Cost | 5-Minute Videos | PragerU
Trust in public health officials and scientific “experts” is at an all-time low. No surprise, given the disaster of the COVID lockdowns. So, how should the government respond to the next pandemic? Dr. Scott Atlas, former advisor to the president and member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, reveals the key lessons we must learn to prevent history from repeating itself.

I can personally relate with the depression, and substance abuse point.
Amen! Thank you Dr. Atlas!!!
Freedom is more important than "safety." It always has been.
The responses to C19 was never about saving lives -C19 was released to cause death; which was exponentially grown because of the forced "vaccines." The plannedemic was the implementation of the first rule carved into stone on the Georgia Guidestones. The ball has been set in motion and will only gain in speed and momentum as time rolls on.
Thanks for this excellent video.
Dr Fauchi is the Devil
Having credentials doesn't mean you don't have to show your work.
On 28 Apr 2020 Bakersfield CA ER Doctors Dan Erickson and Artin Massihi were correct when they said lockdownd were bad and had been politicized. There have never been hailed as the heroes they are.
I read a biography recently about the life of poet Emily Dickinson in the 19th century and in her time death was far more common than it is today yet back then they didn't just lock down society and happily they didn't have social media…
Resist. Defy. Do not comply.
Just remember… Prager infected dozens of his peers in his stupid quest to get sick.
Is there a list of sources and references for this video?
I’m doing some research for a class on how covid was handled and would love to include some of these talking points?
It's shocking that governments around the world implemented and enforced restrictions on their citizens, that was infinitely more deadly, than the virus itself.
My father in law was an absolute gentleman, and was loved by all
died in a care home lonely, thinking he had been abandoned by the people he loved
And even though we made many requests to visit, and were denied every time
The thought of what must have been going through his mind when he died
And the feelings of guilt, thinking could we have done more
Will haunt us forever
No government should have the right to keep us from loved ones,at a time they need us most.
Well, liquor stores weren't closed, they made plenty of money.
Lockdown was right!
Trump = 💩
I remember some tiny totalitarians saying "Well… what if it was something serious like the bubonic plague? The government would have to have mandates then, wouldn't they?" No! They wouldn't. People would self isolate and take whatever precautions they could. There's never a reason to do that. If most people don't think it's a big deal… it isn't!
Fauci needs locked Up for Crimes Against Humanity 👿🔥👿🔥
And no one was fired…
Yep, never should've locked down at all, just let it run natural course, like many actual expert doctors recommended, like it did anyway after everything FINALLY opened back up, after REAL damage was done to so many victims and society as a whole.. 🤔🙄 All for govt to strip away more control and steal Freedoms. But hey, if they want to close something so badly, Why not Wuhan Institute of Virology?? 😋😅🍯🐼
So many people don't think for them self and if you're going to to research for better knowledge many utubers making videos are expressing their opinions and are not professionals

Working with students number 3 should be top of the list along with nursing home patients not being able to see family. Horrible what was done!!
A large problem was during that time, a lot of people were living in fear. Once fear sat in, the masses were willing to give up their freedom.
Very good!
I got a job at a hospital in February 2020. I loved covid, I was given 80 free hours of PTO in case I got sick, the hospital was essentially closed, our 1100 bed hospital was a ghost town and there was no work to do. I was briefly laid off for 2 months, where unemployment benefits gave me a healthy raise to take a 2 month vacation.
My body my choice…the left are hypocrites I will never forgive them for making me put masks on my 3 children to go anywhere in pubblic…it was horrific.
The boarding schools were still open. If a child is suffering educational issues after Covid that means ALL the adults around that child didn’t help them. Not just the schools.
Loonies at Prager U. Believing blindly in the Bible's stupid stories is like a slap in the face to God. God gave you a brain to think critically and question things, not just accept what a bunch of con men say!
True, but long overdue and understated. Saying or doing the right thing only when it is easy or safe to do so does NOT impress me! Compiling a list of the medical health care "professionals", who terrorized the population with their nonsense(trying to be polite) with the goal being to unlicense them or imprison them or both WOULD impress me! I have kept a list the criminals here in Pennsylvania, who destroyed lives. There are actually a few lines, which must never be crossed and those in the healthcare industry who did must be held accountable and we the people need to know that action against these people will happen soon…NOT maybe but WILL!
Thank you for saying it out loud.
Lockdowns are deadly yo health ando economy
