What makes no sense are tactics in calvinism reformed theology.
Get the logs removed at the simple reasoning mill and you’ll experience greater clarity.
Dawkins world view and calvinist reformed worldview are in very similar purview.
Well look at the strawman you make.. LOL How about being more productive, ok?
This long-winded rambling begins with a flawed quote and goes downhill. The notion that the world 'ought' to be different suggests a plan or intention and there is zero evidence to support that.
The only things we can know (as opposed to believe) about the world are grounded in naturalism and materialism. That does not prove there is no supernatural realm or spirirt world, or heaven but it does mean we cannot 'know' these things exist. Because the only way we have of thinking about such questions is to use our material brains and the only way we have to demonstrate the truth of any proposition is materialistically, with the exception of a handful of logic statements like the law of non-contradiction which do not help the debate in any way.
Regardless of what Dawkins says or whomever might disagree, the inescapable truth is that all religions must rely upon belief because there are no supportive facts.
Regardless of whether theists wish to accept it or not, there is zero evidence for gods or for a divine Jesus.
A collection of old books and quotes from that collection are not evidence unless it may first be proven to be factual itself.
No amount of sincere belief is evidence, because it is possible to be uttely convinced of something and still be wrong.
Anecdotes of personal experiences are not evidence because they cannot be verified.
Even if Dawkins is entirely incorrect (and he is not) all religions require belief in things not evidently true.
That background screen is really unflattering and unpleasant to look at. And it draws your attention away from the speaker. A sheet of plywood painted in a neutral flat paint would be far more attractive.
Prayers from a sinner is an abomination to God (Proverbs 28:9):
The prayer(s) of those who turn from God’s law and continue to deliberately sin will become a curse. He detests the prayers of those who reject Him and His word, but in times of trouble they call to him. God will hear only those who have his Holy Spirit. Those who use their minds to willfully sin against him he will not hear (Proverbs 15:29). Those who truly want God to hear their prayers will seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness; only then will all things be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). The only prayer God hears from a sinner is the prayer of repentance–the prayer to becoming one of God's faithful servants (John 9:31). No more, no less.

Dawkins is insufferably arrogant. That guy has no shame. He's spent his career (and I'm sure it has been a very lucrative one) mocking Christians and blaspheming Christ. Now that his country is being taken over by a death cult, he admits he wants the benefits of the Christian worldview, but STILL refuses to bow his knee to Christ.
