J. Warner Wallace, author of Cold-Case Christianity, was interviewed by Bobby Conway (The One Minute Apologist) and discussed the Deity of Jesus. Did Jesus make claims about His nature as God? Did He intend for others to believe He was God? (For more information related to Bobby’s great ministry, visit: http://oneminuteapologist.com/)

AMEN!🙏❤️🕊️✝️
Did Jesus Think Jesus Was God? No, Jesus literally tells us that he was sent by God (John 17:3) & that he goes to God (John 20:17), the Scriptures also tell us that Jesus was given authority (Matthew 28:18).
Most Christians believe Jesus is God out of tradition as the Trinity is the traditional view of God HOWEVER it's key to remember that the Trinity didn't exist at the time of Jesus or the Apostles which is why the Bible refers to one single person or being as God & that person or being is Heavenly Father aka God the Father aka Yahweh.
Thank you
John 14:8-10
New American Standard Bible
8 Philip *said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” 9 Jesus *said to him, “Have I been with [a]you for so long a time, and yet [b]you have not come to know Me, Philip? The one who has seen Me has seen the Father; how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own, but the Father, as He remains in Me, does His works.
Great point. I haven’t thought of it that way. Thanks
Thank you for this video! Another point of fact to add to the arsenal!
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the word the word was with God and the word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. (The word being Jesus)
John 1:10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him.
John 8:58 "very truly I tell you, "Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!"
John 10:30 I and the father are one
John12:44 Then Jesus cried out "whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but the one who sent me. The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me.
John 14:8 Philip said, "Lord show us the Father and that will be enough for us. "Jesus answered: "Don't you know me Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, " show us the Father?" Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me?
Col 2:9-10
For in Christ all the fullness of Diety lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over EVERY power and authority.
Colossians 1:16
For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him.
Isaiah 43:10
"It is true you are my witnesses, "declares the Lord, "and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am He. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. "I even I, am Lord, and apart from me there is no Savior. (Jesus is God)
Deuteronomy 6:4
Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
John 12:49-
Because I spoke not from Myself, but the Father who sent Me has given Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
John 7:16-
Jesus answered them and said, My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.
John 3:34-
because the one whom God sent speaks God's words. For God does not give him the Spirit in limited degree—
John 8:28-
Then Jesus said to them, When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you shall know that I AM, and that I do nothing of Myself, but as My Father has taught Me, I speak these things.
Deuteronomy 18:15-
The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
John 14:24-
He who does not love Me does not guard My Words. And the Word which you hear is not Mine but of the Father Who sent Me.
He also claimed to do things only
God can do like having authority over the sabbath, being able to forgive sins.
One of the big ones out of the many for me is when Thomas says, "My Lord and my God". The fact that Jesus did not rebuke him answers your question.
Jesus said, "In that day you will ask me nothing, but what so ever you ask the Father in my Name, I will do it for you." He also said, What I hear the Father speak, I speak, That which I see the Father do , I do." God is the Father, Jesus is the first born of the Father. Christians are very confused, the pray, "Oh dear God, I pray in your name," They don't know who they are praying to. God is the Father, pray like this, "Heavenly Father, Thou Are God and there is no other." Jesus, son of God, my saviour and Lord, Thank you for my salvation. Holy spirit, my illuminator, my enlightener, my teacher my trainer, lead me into all the truth, open my eyes to understand my God and creator. We pray to God, for his kingdom to come and we pray in the name of Jesus his son who is seated at the right hand of the Father almighty. The blood of Jesus defeated Satan and his kingdom opening the way for the kingdom of God the father to inhabit the world through the body of Christ. That's you and I.
Amen!
It’s amazing how convinced we can be and yet using similar analysis come a different conclusion. That is, that Jesus is the son of God yet not God.
Absolutely. Great video
Though I know Jesus is God manifest in the flesh, this point you're making that Jesus does say I say to you, but he also says; For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
John 12:49 KJV so I don't think that I would use your this argument alone, but I know this is a snippet.
