My back was healed 6 years ago while watching the 700 club one morning. I had been in pain for many years.
Well said, Sean. It’s not an easy topic. Early in our Christian experience my wife and I experienced divine healing. As we have grown older I have heart issues where I’ve had surgery and more. Seven years ago my wife had a stroke that left her without the use of her left side. We still pray for healing. God hasn’t said no. His love for us is no less than when we first believed. He is sovereign.
The Apostle Paul asked 3 times for healing… God's answer was he was enough for Paul and Paul was not healed. Who had more faith than Paul….
I had asked God to heal my uncle, who was like a Dad to me since my dad passed when I was 26 and God warned me in a dream, that he wouldn’t heal him…in my dream I heard a word in Spanish, and I didn’t even know what this word meant, I woke up and looked it up and this led me to a song that was in Spanish. Mind you I don’t know Spanish…then I saw the song had lyrics in English and the song was about a man’s wife who had a sickness and she wasn’t healed but that he knew she was with Jesus and he was hurt but trusted God was in control. I knew that God used that word from my dream and that video to warn me that my Uncle would not be healed and would pass away…I was sad and upset but thankful that God warned me. And even though when my uncle passed I cried so much, I knew and still know he is with the Lord in heaven, and I will see my uncle with Jesus one day again.
I have been praying for healing for 10 years. I find myself wondering why no healing comes.. How is God using me if I have no energy to help anyone?

Totally agree! Sometimes God allows things for our own learning and benefit. We may not understand it in the moment but as time passes it becomes clear that lessons are learned. God is refining us and leading us to be ready in splendour to be received by the Lord. We do not understand the higher thinking of God! Put faith and trust in that He knows what is best for us, individually and as a collective body of Christ. Sometimes we need to suffer certain fates to learn the lesson!

But…Matthew 21:22. 22 “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” It doesn’t say you might receive whatever you ask, Jesus says you will. 🤔
Does that correlate to sin as well?
Well said. I have a massive scar on my face because of a freak accident at my house. I fell and cut cheek open. I was miraculously healed. Even the doctor said that it was a miracle! I know that God still works, but he doesn't always do it the way that we want it.
and this is exactly what christians claim when their god can't heal people and they can't heal people per jesus in the bible. that there was not enough faith or "mysterious reasons".
They are frauds.
