Former Labor Union Official discusses Government-imposed con

Rian Wathen, former Collective Bargaining Director for the UFCW Local 700, Indianapolis, goes over the binding arbitration arrangement in the Employee Free Choice Act. If an acceptable arrangement with the union is not worked out within 120 days, the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) gives government authorities the power to impose arrangements on companies. These government-imposed contracts would bankrupt companies and expenditure employees their jobs.
