Let me understand. Social Justice demands equity. So women should be put on the front lines in Afghanistan until the sexual body count equals out?
I love that women go to school to get a degree so they can try to use it to push their fallacies… vegans and feminists primarily
Yeah, let's put women in jobs that require heavy lifting and physical labor. Let's have them work in the steel mill, have them carry around 150-200 lbs of crap in other jobs, let's have them work on a construction site all day, every day. Yes there are women in these fields, but come the fuck on, how many women are strong enough for several of these careers? A 160-190lb man builds more muscle and has less fat due to gender differences and is far more likely to have the ability to carry heavy loads around than a 125lb woman.
My brother in law works as a welder and his fingers, and finger nails are warped because of the constant damage he's doing to himself all day, and his job involves working 16-18 hours a DAY, sometimes all night. He earns 3x more than my wife, but I don't hear her complaining about it. She wouldn't want to do the job he's doing, period, and have her fingers and hands all fucked up, and be away from our daughter 16-18 hours a day. My brother in law pulls his back, broken his hand, has about 30 injuries due to working to near exhaustion. Pretty sure he deserves the money he makes. This gender wage gap is bullcrap. Men GO into high risk, exhaustive jobs that women wouldn't even think about going in. I've also never seen a HVAC Installer be female, mainly because teams consist of 1-2 people for most businesses and there is A LOT of physical demand with that job. Women indiscriminate against though? NO.
