So if they send goods through Floridian ports, those same unions will just slow down things in those ports and the railroads will jack up prices of freight shipments, slow down shipments to rationalize charging more, shortage of rail cars, time to reroute cargo and what you can get, etc. Then we have the security consideration of all that added cargo needing to be screened and on and on.
