Heritage senior tax policy analyst Curtis Dubay moderated a lively discussion on the Marketplace Fairness Act with Katie McAuliffe, federal affairs manager at the Americans for Tax Reform, and Carl Szabo, policy counsel for NetChoice, before a packed room at the Rayburn House Office Building. McAuliffe and Szabo detailed the potential dangers that an Internet Sales Tax could have on federalism and e-Commerce.

Great vid, and info. The only talking point I disagree w is the statement about Amazon collecting tax for 3p sellers. Just like PayPal, Amazon only charges 2.9% on Sales Tax collected …. but Amazon REFUSES to to file tax on behalf of the 3p seller. It's in their TOS.
Mountains of more paperwork. Money grabbers. Plain and simple.
