These ancient myths can be quite interesting. One can begin to see how the primitive cultures might believe these stories to be true. Nowadays we can compare The Bible with other myth works like the Quran, Ancienf Greek myths, Aesops Fables, The Vedas, etc. Astonishingly, there are some folk who even think these myths are true today and base their superstitions on them.

I love the BIBLE PROJECT. I use it each time I start a new chapter. I have read the entire BIBLE at lest 20 times. I love using the BIBLE PROJECT to explain the few things I am not quite sure that I am interpreting correctly. Thank you for all your fine work. I'm finding it really hard to read.
Why are all the sentences numbered…..?
It makes no sense & it's really frustrating.
For example…..
1:1-2:3 God's creation & ordering of Heaven & Earth…?

It's full of this stuff & best of all, it is supposed to be a study Bible.
I got this cause my Gideons Bible explained nothing & I thought this would.
I am really disappointed & I can see why people don't bother.

I've once read someone describe the Bible not as a book but an entire library. That's a beautiful clarification. I also like how in this video it is called a beautiful work of art.

I’ve been reading the Bible for a long time, and every time I read something new pops out to me. Right now I’m reading through the Bible, and I hit upon first Samuel chapter 6, verse 17, said that they set the ark of the covenant down beside a great stone, and that stone “stood as a witness”. Have you ever recorded a video regarding stones/rocks I think it would be interesting. After all, if we are silent, the rocks will cry out! And the Israelites were told to set up memorial stones for various things. What do you think?
Hi bible project people I have a question in Genesis 32:30 it says that Jacob has seen the face of God and also in Exodus 33:11 it says Moses saw GOD FACE TO FACE but John 1:18 it says no one has sent GOD FACE TO FACE EXCEPT THE SON can you please explain this to me much better
Its also important to remember the Bible is not a text book. You cannot merely read it akd conquer it. It is so deep you will never reach the bottom of it and everything in it applies today.

The Scripture leads you to the Redeemer whose name could not be Jesus seeing He is Hebrew thus could not have a Greek nor Roman name.
