B: Behavior (Shape the way you live)
Persistence and constantly training with tab in every session. I.E. Don't teach the T and don't come back to it for 5 years.

Like the content but cringe when he talks about "youth pastor" as if they are the ones to whom this applies and that they are somehow a separate category in the Body. I've never been comfortable with the concept. If it applies to them and their growth, and is Biblical, it applies to us all. I see no such category in Scripture, and in particular where it speaks of "training". It implies that we ALL are being "trained in Godliness", to "distinguish good from evil", and to "lead sober upright and Godly lives in this world". Otherwise, good content.
