Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a wide variety of problems– including civil liberties, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the guideline of law and government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky likewise research studies and discusses task funding limitations, resident scams and citizen ID, enforcement of federal tally rights laws, administration of elections and ballot devices requirements.
