This session was designed for World Language teachers who wish to learn more about integrating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into their class and standards-based curriculum. An intro of North Carolina’s SEL initiatives was shared, including the work of the NC SEL Implementation Team and the 5 CASEL competencies or Core SEL Practices.
